My friends called this crew (behind the woman in blue, who walked in front of the picture - doh!) "boobies for choice".

It's not exactly a politically aware title, but it is descriptive. Their shock tactic garnered quite a bit of attention for sex education and safety (the issues their buttons and signs promoted) in addition to the pro-choice message - their "pasties" were NOW "Keep abortion legal" stickers.
