must. redesign. website.
April 16, 2004 02:13 PM

As of slightly more than a week ago, the design of this site is one year old.

Not the site itself (particularly if you count its three-year tenure as, but the current design, mind you. I've never left a site looking the same for even half so long before. This one's all coded in tables, too. And doesn't even use the MT modules for its templates! Egads!

It gets boring. I mean, the red polka dots are a sort of brand identity, but surely I could come up with something else that is also red and polkadotted and validates and is pretty and... and not this.

I think I have the perfect idea for spring, too.

your wicked thoughts

I love the design, but I'm looking forward to what you come up with next. I've always enjoyed your designs.

Hey, I remember tables!

I do still like this design - it's got a fine look about it - but I understand the need for change.

I've always loved your design, but yes, tables suck.

I actually thought about stealing your polka dots, but decided against it. ;)
