version two (may-august 2001) created both the "she's not afraid of you" slogan and the increasing focus on themes in my designs (all of the images are clips of things one might "fear": cemeteries, day of the dead figurines, caves, etc.).
i outgrew this version. needed something that fit the growing content of the site. plus, i started getting more careful about how the content was architected. if i hadn't gotten so persnickety about the content, version two's carefully crafted images would have lasted much longer.
